    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh fruits) unless they arrive damaged.
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective).

Return Process

  2. Attach photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • We will bear the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items.
  • For other cases (e.g., unwanted items), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
